By creating an account, registering a child athlete, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you are registering or managing an account on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform provides tools and services related to youth sports, including but not limited to:

  • Athlete profiles

  • Event awareness

  • Scheduling and communications

  • Recruiting and scouting visibility

  • Educational and development resources

The Platform does not provide medical, coaching, legal, or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

Parent or Guardian Accounts

To create or manage a minor athlete's account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Be the parent or legal guardian of the athlete; and

  • Have authority to consent to the athlete's participation and data processing as described herein.

Minor Athlete Accounts

Athletes under the age of 18 may only use the Platform under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents remain responsible for all activity conducted through their child's account.

4. Parent Consent for Minor Athlete Profiles

By creating, maintaining, or approving a minor athlete profile, you:

  1. Consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your child's information as described in our Privacy Policy.

  2. Represent that all information provided is accurate.

  3. Authorize the Platform to display approved profile information to authorized users, coaches, clubs, academies, scouts, recruiters, brands and other participants as permitted by platform settings.

  4. Understand that athletic performance information, achievements, statistics, photos, videos, and related content may be visible to authorized users.

You may modify or remove profile information subject to our data retention policies.

5. Account Registration and Security

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials;

  • Promptly notify us of unauthorized account access;

  • Keep athlete information current.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

6. Athlete Profile Content

Parents, guardians, and authorized users may upload:

  • Biographical information;

  • Athletic statistics;

  • Academic information (if applicable);

  • Photos and videos;

  • Links to highlight reels and social media accounts;

  • Certifications and achievements;

  • Contact details;

  • Other related content.

You represent that:

  • You own or have permission to use all uploaded content;

  • Uploaded content does not violate any law or third-party rights;

  • Information is truthful and not misleading.

7. Media Release and Content License

By uploading content, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host;

  • Store;

  • Display;

  • Reproduce;

  • Distribute; and

  • Process

such content solely for operating, improving, promoting, and providing Platform services.

You retain ownership of your content.

8. Communications

By registering, you consent to receive communications relating to:

  • Account administration;

  • Event notifications;

  • Safety alerts;

  • Platform updates;

  • Customer support.

Marketing communications may be governed by separate consent choices where required by law.

9. Safety and Conduct

Users may not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others;

  • Impersonate another person;

  • Post offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content;

10. Recruiting, Scouting, and Third-Party Interactions

The Platform may facilitate connections between athletes’ representatives, coaches, recruiters, scouts, clubs, academies, brands and organizations.

We do not:

  • Guarantee recruitment opportunities;

  • Guarantee brand endorsements;

  • Verify every individual third-party user;

  • Endorse any coach, recruiter, team, or organization.

Parents and athletes are responsible for evaluating opportunities and exercising appropriate caution.

11. Health and Participation Disclaimer

Participation in sports involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, disability, or death.

The Platform:

  • Does not supervise athletic activities;

  • Does not certify athlete fitness;

  • Does not guarantee safety.

Parents remain solely responsible for decisions regarding athletic participation and medical care.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Where required by applicable law, parental consent will be obtained before collecting personal information from minors.

13. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, branding, graphics, content, trademarks, and technology are owned by or licensed to the Platform.

You may not:

  • Copy;

  • Reverse engineer;

  • Distribute;

  • Modify;

  • Commercially exploit

any Platform materials without written permission.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms;

  • Fraudulent activity;

  • Safety concerns;

Parents may request deletion of a minor's account, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Non-infringement;

  • Accuracy of information;

  • Uninterrupted availability.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits;

  • Data loss;

  • Personal injury arising from third-party activities or athletic participation.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Platform during the preceding twelve months, or $100 if no fees were paid.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform;

  • Content you submit;

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Violation of applicable law;

  • Activities conducted through your account.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by other reasonable means.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in England.
