During the pilot, TAP will create and manage your athlete profile, helping emerging talent become visible to verified clubs, academies, sports schools and other authorised sporting organisations.

No payment is required during the free period. Before the three months end, we will contact you with an update on TAP’s progress and invite you to decide whether you would like the profile to remain active for £4.99 per month.

You will not be charged unless you actively choose to continue. Any future subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Before submission, please read the terms and conditions, a selection of important information is below:

I confirm that I am the athlete’s parent/legal guardian, or that I am aged 18 or over and completing my own profile.
I confirm that the information supplied is accurate.
I consent to TAP storing and reviewing this information for the purposes explained in its Privacy Notice.
I give permission for the approved athlete name and headshot to be displayed on the TAP website.
I understand that initial approaches from organisations will be managed through TAP.
I understand that consent can be withdrawn and the profile removed.

As TAP launches and our community grows, every athlete profile will be reviewed and verified manually by our team before it becomes visible on the platform. This allows us to check that the information provided is appropriate, helps protect the privacy of young athletes, and ensures that parental or guardian consent has been obtained where required.

While this process may take a little longer than instant approval, we believe it's the right approach to create a trusted, safe and responsible platform for everyone.

We'd rather take a little longer to verify every profile than compromise the privacy or wellbeing of a young athlete.

As TAP evolves, parents and guardians will have access to their own secure account, allowing them to manage their child's profile, make updates, upload new content, and maintain consent whenever needed.

Our goal is to combine the highest standards of safeguarding with a simple, user-friendly experience as we continue to grow.
